The journey began in 1982, when the founder's father, a master chef, opened the first patisserie. Growing up surrounded by the delightful aroma of freshly baked pastries and the hustle and bustle of the kitchen, a deep love for the art of baking was developed.
As time marched on, there came a realization that our traditional skills needed refinement and expansion. In 2015, driven by an insatiable thirst for knowledge, we embarked on a journey overseas, attending masterclasses that spanned the globe. These experiences widened our horizons, endowing LA VO with contemporary techniques and a plethora of global flavours.

And thus, in 2022, LA VO was born—a testament to our unwavering dedication to perfection and the unyielding desire of our founder, Chef Salah, to delight the palates of Londoners. Our patisserie seamlessly merges age-old craftsmanship with cutting-edge innovation, crafting pastries and cakes that are not only mouth-wateringly delicious but also works of art in their own right.
