This photograph captures one of my earliest memories in the bakery alongside my father. Growing up surrounded by cakes, chocolate, and craftsmanship inspired my passion for patisserie. The lessons I learned during these years became the foundation of La Vo Patisserie decades later.

The journey began in 1982, when the founder's father — a master chef — opened the first patisserie. Growing up surrounded by the delightful aroma of freshly baked pastries and the hustle of the kitchen, a deep love for the art of baking took root.
As time marched on, there came a realisation that traditional skills needed refinement and expansion. The foundation of excellence, however, was already unshakeable.

In 2015, his journey expanded internationally as he began teaching and leading professional masterclasses at private academies around the world. These experiences brought together global flavours, modern techniques and traditional craftsmanship—shaping La VO’s distinctive philosophy, where East meets West and tradition meets innovation
