What is the Collection Policy?
All orders need to be collected from our store. We do not offer delivery on orders. Collection times are between 10:00 am – 07:00 pm Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am-4:00 pm Sunday.
Food Disclosure
Allergy
All products made on our premises may contain traces of milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts and tree nuts. We cannot immediate guarantee any of our productions are 100% free of any of these ingredients

We are committed to providing high-quality products that are not only delicious but also meet strict halal standards. Our Commitment to Halal Standards are:

Alcohol-Free Assurance
- No Alcohol in Any Form: We guarantee that none of our products contain alcohol, making them suitable for those who avoid alcohol for religious, health, or personal reasons.
- Flavor and Quality: Despite being alcohol-free, our pastries and cakes are rich in flavour and crafted to perfection. We use the finest ingredients and innovative techniques to create mouthwatering treats that everyone can enjoy.
What is the Lead Time?
We require a spesific time notice for order our cakes, such as
- This following flavour of signature cake: Pistachio, Ferrero Crunch, Matcha mango & Passion Fruit, Rafello Coconut, Black Forest, Rainbow. Require 48 hours’ notice for orders placed online
- Vegan & Gluten free cakes require 48 hours’ notice for orders placed online
- Bespoke cakes require 72 hours’ notice for orders placed online
If you need the order less than the above time, please call or email us and we will be happy to assist you choosing our range available for that date.Orders can also be placed in store or over the phone, online orders will be emailed with a confirmation order on purchase.
Please note* – No changes to orders/ messages on cakes can be made 24 hours prior to pick up date.
Payment and Refund Policy
Payments
Full payment is required when placing orders online, a confirmation receipt will be emailed once payment is accepted. A deposit of 50% is required for all orders in store or over the phone, Payments can be done over the phone or in store
Returns
Perishable goods such as food and gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned.
Refunds/Cancellations/Credit
Please be aware we require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations on orders, otherwise, you will lose 100% of your total order.
If unsure about a product, please contact us prior to ordering and choose carefully, as we do not give refunds if you change your mind.
Changes in the order must be made 2 days Before the collection date.
Changes to any confirmed orders are STRICTLY not allowed. No refunds will be given for confirmed orders.
We do not give refunds on cakes once picked up, an exchange or credit may be applicable if order is incorrect, conditions apply.
Refunds will take 2 to 4 weeks of processing time from date of cancellation.
We do not take any responsibility for cakes/orders if damaged or stolen once they have left our store.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Are all of your products halal?
Yes, we use only halal ingredients for our patisseries.
