Orders & Collection
All orders need to be collected from our store. We do not offer delivery on orders.
Collection times are:
- Monday – Saturday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
- Sunday: 11:00 am – 4:00 pm
We require specific lead times depending on your order type:
48 hrs — Signature Cakes 72 hrs — Bespoke Cakes
Signature flavours requiring 48 hours' notice: Pistachio, Ferrero Crunch, Matcha Mango & Passion Fruit, Rafello Coconut, Black Forest, Rainbow.
If you need an order sooner, please call or email us and we will happily help you choose from what's available on that date.
Orders can be placed in store, over the phone, or online. Online orders will receive a confirmation email upon purchase.
Please note: No changes to orders or cake messages can be made within 24 hours of your pick-up date.
Changes to an order must be made at least 2 days before the collection date.
Changes to any confirmed orders are strictly not allowed. No refunds will be given for confirmed orders. No changes to messages on cakes can be made within 24 hours of the pick-up date.
Allergens
All products made on our premises may contain traces of: milk, eggs, wheat, soybean, peanuts, and tree nuts.
We cannot guarantee that any of our products are 100% free from any of these ingredients. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Halal & Dietary
Yes. We use only halal-certified ingredients in all our recipes. Our commitment to halal standards includes:

No. We guarantee that none of our products contain alcohol in any form, making them suitable for those who avoid alcohol for religious, health, or personal reasons.
Despite being alcohol-free, our pastries and cakes are rich in flavour, crafted using the finest ingredients and innovative techniques so everyone can enjoy them.
Payments
- Online orders: Full payment is required at the time of ordering. A confirmation receipt will be emailed once payment is accepted.
- In-store or phone orders: A deposit of 50% is required. The remaining balance can be paid in store or over the phone.
Returns & Refunds
Perishable goods such as food and gift cards cannot be returned. If you are unsure about a product, please contact us before ordering.
We require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your collection date, you will lose 100% of your total order.
We do not give refunds if you change your mind. Changes to confirmed orders are strictly not allowed.
We do not take any responsibility for cakes or orders that are damaged or stolen once they have left our store.
Refunds take 2 to 4 weeks to process from the date of cancellation.
If you haven't received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company — it may take some processing time before the refund is officially posted. If you still haven't received it, contact your bank directly.
We do not give refunds on cakes once they have been picked up. An exchange or credit may be applicable if an order is incorrect — conditions apply.
Only regular-priced items may be considered for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts & Sale Items
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order sent to themselves first, we will send the refund to the original gift giver.
