About La Vo Patisserie
Founded by Executive Pastry Chef Salah Mallaali
La Vo Patisserie is the vision of renowned pastry chef and chocolatier Salah Mallaali, whose expertise in French patisserie has been shaped by a deep-rooted family tradition dating back to 1982. Trained by his father, also a master pastry chef, Salah refined his craft over the years and went on to present masterclasses in French patisserie around the world.
After moving to the UK in 2020, Salah launched a culinary consultancy before founding La Vo Patisserie in 2023. What began as a single shop has quickly grown into a multi-location patisserie brand across London, known for its elegant, modern approach to French baking.
At La Vo, every creation is crafted with precision, passion, and a commitment to lighter, less sweet desserts—designed to meet the evolving tastes of today’s discerning customers. The result is a patisserie experience that blends tradition, innovation, and refined simplicity.
